On the contrary, our multifold and multidimensional development is leaving negative impact on our body and mind and bringing disharmony between our home and work fronts.

Stress is defined as common response by humans to respond to any kind of pressure faced due to any threat, fear or challenges. It is also a natural defense technique exercised when in danger or about to face any danger. Stress leaves trails of symptoms such as low level energy, fatigue and anxiety, leading to several health issues like headache, improper and irregular digestion, diarrhea and other complications. It is very much necessary to understand type and level of stress one undergoes to treat it timely and effectively.

Generally a stressed body and mind express the fear and anxiety in the form of aggressiveness and shows upon their work and life.
